Returns & Exchanges

A Culture Factory Skincare is crafted in small batches using living, food-grade ingredients. For this reason, we do not accept returns on opened or partially used products.

Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please email us within 7 days so we can promptly send a replacement.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
