A Culture Factory Skincare
The Truth
Most skincare isn’t made for your skin—it’s made for the shelf. Read More
Most skincare today is engineered for longevity, not vitality.
It’s built to survive transport, storage, and years on a shelf — not to work in harmony with living skin.
At A Culture Factory, we reject that model entirely.
We make skincare that’s alive — crafted from food-grade ingredients, fermentation, and nature’s own preservation methods. No synthetic binders, no fillers, no empty promises.
Because your skin isn’t plastic. It’s alive — porous, responsive, ever-changing. It deserves nourishment, not chemistry.
That’s the truth.
The Origin Story
It began when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I started questioning everything—including what we put on our skin. Read More
It began in my kitchen, not a lab.
When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I started to question everything that touched our lives — the food we ate, the air we breathed, the products we trusted. I realized how deeply disconnected we had become from what we put on our bodies.
That curiosity turned into an obsession. And that’s when I went back—back to the wisdom I didn’t have to Google. Back to my grandmother, whose kitchen was her beauty store. She would slather overripe garden berries across her cheeks and rub kefir into her skin while making breakfast. She pressed seabuckthorn oil every summer and healed burns, scrapes, and chapped hands without a single synthetic ingredient. She used lard, not lotion. Kombucha vinegar, not toner.
Those early memories became the seed of A Culture Factory Skincare — a return to the slow, the real, the alive.
A love letter to tradition, transformation, and care that begins long before you open the jar.
The Difference
Most brands build skincare for the shelf. We build for your skin. Read More
We don’t build products for shelves. We build them for your skin.
No preservatives, no water, no stabilizers.
Just potent, food-grade ingredients that stay true to their purpose. Fresh, concentrated, and alive—not designed to sit in a warehouse for years.
Ultra-concentrated.
All our products are waterless, and every drop is packed with nutrients. A small jar lasts for months, resulting in less waste and more benefits.
Tallow, reimagined.
Rich, healing, and unapologetically traditional. Made from grass-fed tallow and rare, therapeutic oils, they melt into your skin like butter on warm bread—without fragrances, only pure essential
oils that nourish as much as they scent.
Fermentation in action.
Our fresh face masks are crafted with the living byproducts of kombucha fermentation. They’re alive—just like your skin. Brimming with beneficial microbes and postbiotics, they calm, restore, and let nutrients sink deep. Because they’re real, they live in your fridge, not on a warehouse shelf.
Protected by Miron violet glass.
Every formula is housed in biophotonic glass that filters out harmful rays while letting in only the light that preserves vitality. This keeps your skincare vibrant and potent—without relying on synthetic preservatives. More than packaging, it’s protection for what’s alive inside.
This is slow skincare—no shortcuts, no rush. Just living formulas that honor tradition and lasting transformation.
The Founder
Meet Olga — founder, fermenter, and the woman who turned livingfoods into living skincare. Read More
After years of nourishing people with kombucha and fermented foods,
Olga Sorzano realized that the same living principles could transform skincare. What started as a journey for gut health has become a revolution for radiant, thriving skin.
Hi! My name is Olga Sorzano.
I’m not your typical skincare founder.
I studied chemistry, microbiology, and biology for seven years before earning a degree in veterinary medicine. Later, I trained as a chef and built a career around food and fermentation.
My journey may seem unusual, but it’s always been rooted in one thing: care. Growing up in Siberia, I learned from generations of women who used food and plants as medicine. That foundation in traditional healing later merged with my scientific studies and my work as a chef, giving me a unique perspective on nourishment—inside and out.
After years of creating gut-healthy, living foods, I realized something simple but powerful: skin is the body’s largest organ—and what we feed it matters.
That’s why I created A Culture Factory Skincare: a line that brings together food-grade ingredients, old-world rituals, and modern science. Every formula is alive with botanicals, rooted in culture, and crafted with purpose—designed to support, not strip; to heal, not hide.
Just like fermentation taught me patience in food, slow skincare taught me patience in beauty.
It’s not about instant results, it’s about lasting transformation.
